What do I do if I feel that I have been mis-sold my IVA and can I claim back some of the payments?

Hi lisa and welcome to the forum

May I enquire why you feel that you have been mis-sold an IVA, and what grounds you would have for seeking a return of your payments? It is extremely unlikely that such action by you, would result in a return of monies to you.

Hi Lisa and welcome to the forum,

Have you by any chance received mail which tells you that you may have been misold your IVA? There are one or two companies out there who are trying to make money by using these sort of scare tactics on people.

If you have, I would send the letters to your IP. If not, then as Melanie says, why would you think you had been misold one?
