Can I claim PPI when I have my completion certificate ?

Thanks for reply but I have already got my completion certificate so does it mean I can claim my ppi. I have been resolved from my iva for over a year

You can make a claim, however be careful when answering the questions as some PPI claim forms ask if you have every been in an IVA and may ask you to provide the details of your IVA dates, and company used - you may still be liable to pay any PPI refunds back to your previous creditors - it all hinges on the wording of your IVA documents and the PPI claim made.

interesting so for how lon after the iva are they still able to get money
completed july 2011
