Hi Edu and welcome to the forum. Do you already own a property, and if so is there an equity release in your IVA?

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Edu

If you speak with your IP and it is acceptable to them then you can apply for a mortgage whilst in an IVA, and each case is reviewed on it`s own merits . If you already own a property then you could possibly remortgage your existing property, if you wish to purchase you would certainly need a deposit of between 10-15% of the property value. Hope this helps-Tony
