Hi Robd0782,
Yes you can as the majority of lenders will consider you if the IVA is over 6 years old.
You will have to say you had an an IVA on the application form though which no doubt will lead to more questions being asked by a lender so make sure they pick up on this early in the application. The last thing you want is for them to come back after 2 or 3 weeks saying the underwriters have looked at the case and decided not to lend which happens.

Steve

Hi luluj,
As a Moderator, would you like to give out my telephone number and email address to Robd0782 seeing as he specifically asked for it?
Regards
Steve
Sorry mortgagesteve ... not aware of your expert status on the forum and was only aware we had two forum mortgage experts in Ryan and Shaun - my understanding is contact details in the profiles of the forum experts can be shared. Apologies if not aware of your status.
Maybe Andy / Admin could let everyone know if we now have a third mortgage expert on the forum so we can equally recommend.
