it may have been my end as I was on another site and that kept resetting the page as well due to a fault with my internet and have now got it fixed.

ok, will see what ClearDebt comes back with and then get another opinion and see who feels most comfortable. From a timescale point of view because of the urgency who is likely to move things the fastest?
