i borrowed £3000 from a friend to pay mortgage arrears but have since had my home repossessed i want to pay this back to her ut cnt afford to give a lot can i include this in a iva?

Yes you can include her as a Creditor when you start the IVA process

I think you have to include her as she is an unsecured creditor.

She will only get the same dividend as your other creditors though.
