How will the OR know what properties I own? I have my name on the title deeds of a property that belongs to my dad. \i have no financial interest in this property. Will they find out? Can I just get my name taken off the tittle deeds?

Hi Amanda and welcome to the forum

The OR will carry out a "name" search at H M Land Registry, and of course you are obliged to make an honest declaration of your financial affairs when making your bankruptcy application.

Why is your name on the deeds if you have no interest in this property?
