can I keep my average priced car in bankruptcy

If you own a average priced car that is worth around £2000 and you use it for your weekend job and main job then will they let you keep it?

Hi Louise,

Your car can be scrutinized, however in your case I dont think your car will be too much of a problem as its use can be justified.
