If you dont have any debts with the bank you are with or a company associated with them , you should be able to. Otherwise you would need to open another account with a non creditor bank.

Hi and welcome.

You would be advised to open an account that is not with one of your creditors, but other than that, you can have a bank account. No overdraft facility is allowed though.
