Thank you Foggy.You are of course correct, I only feel so bad because I asked from the start about the fees, I was told that they would be taken from the money that I paid into the IVA, and that I would not be asked to pay anything else, and this could be true if you only pay 30 or 40 pence in the pound, but because there is a good chance that I will reach 100p in the pound, it has become very apparent that I was not told the truth.
I will tough it out of course, but I have been left with a bitter taste, and this makes it hard for me to believe anything that I am told from my IP.
I have been honest from the start, and that's all I wanted from my IP in return.
Why did your IP firm tell you that a DMP was not suitable? I struggle to think of any instance where a DMP could be viewed as unsuitable - as it is always an option worthy of consideration, and the only person to decide whether it is unsuitable for your circumstances is yourself!
