Hi, I have been in my IVA for 2 and a half years now. For gas and electricity i have had £30 for each set aside in my agreement. although I have been paying this these payments are not enough and i now owe approx 500.

I have just written to Nuttalls and have included these bills. I pay 677 each month to the IVA and have askled if i can pay 177 this month in order to pay these bills. I am in the process of trying to find the cheapest gas and electricity with utlity warehouse to hiopefully keep future payments as close to 30.00.

In uyour experience would this be ok? otherwise I am assured that e-on will pass these extra costs to a third party and I am unable to pay unless its out of my payment? Thank you

If you can find a cheaper supplier that is definately the right way forward, but if not then you need to advise your IP that you need a higher allowance.
