I have got my completion certificate .my Iva is over now. It was suppose to finish the 6 year in next September.but I paid one year money in full and got my certificate.can I sell my house now. Or I have to wait next September to sell the house.please help me with this.

As you have the completion certificate you are free to sell. Do check with your former IP that the RX1 restriction has been lifted first. If you are hoping to get a mortgage on a new property, it would be best to wait until your credit files are clear (after the 6th anniversary) and then seek the assistance of a broker with experience of adverse credit, such as Ryan and / or Shaun, who both post advice on this forum.

I echo Foggy's words. Depending on how much deposit you have available it may be possible to obtain a mortgage now if required.

Hello I completed my Iva.if I sell my house have I to pay any money to the Iva people as my Iva should finish in September 2019.but I paid one year money and got the completion
