I have a creditors meeting date, but since this was fixed many of my debts have been sold on so I'm now receiving many calls from debt collection agents knowing nothing about my IVA. Can I fax them my proposal copy, or do creditors recieve something different. I know it should be my IVA company doing this, I have informed them of all changes, but to be honest they're not exactly quick at doing anything (18 weeks to get to this stage) only 2 weeks to go, I don't want my meeting adjourned because no one voted, as they weren't aware of the situation.

Hi louise

You really do need to leave this to your IP to deal with. If debts have been sold they do need to be aware of this, but I am sure you will not have a creditors meeting where no-one votes!
