I am currently paying a debt collection service for a loan I could not pay back some years ago.

However since then I have moved to Australia on a permamnent basis. Can I still arrange an IVA for my UK debt. Your help would be appreciated.

regards,
Simon

If you have moved within the last 6 months it is still possible to do an IVA through us (notwithstanding that you fit the other criteria) using your last domiciled UK address. A UK address is needed as a UK court will have to rubber stamp your agreement.
