Hi arf and welcome to the forum

It is possible for you to get a mortgage whilst in an IVA, but the interest rate you will pay will be higher than someone with an good credit rating, you will need at least a 15% deposit which has to come from funds or assets other than your own, you need your IP's permission and your mortgage payments must not disturb your ability to make your IVA payments.

In view of these factors, obtaining a mortgage may well be trickier than at first sight.
