Hi Rudolph,
Welcome to the forum.
There would be nothing stopping you from claiming, however depending on the amount this may have to be paid into your IVA.
I deleted your other post as it was a duplicate of this one [;)]

Hi,
As Julie says whatever you claim back will just be used to offset what you owe the Creditor

It would depend on the amount and the terms of your IVA.

Yes - and I know of a very good firm of solicitors I would be happy to recommend if you needed assistance with this. Any returns from creditors would need to be paid into the IVA for the benefit of creditors however.

Melanie, if the amount was less than £500 would rudolph keep the funds?
I'm thinking on the lines of the common windfall clause seen in IVA's.

If this was written into the IVA agreement, then yes this would be possible.
