Hi clueb,

Yes you can go for an IVA if you have made payment arrangements already with some of your creditors. I was in the same position, I had set up payment arrangements with some of my creditors because I couldn't afford the amounts but all that happened was the payments I was making weren't even covering the interest I was being charged. I decided an IVA was the best way forward. There's nothing to stop you going for an IVA from that regard although it does depends on what level of debt you have and how many creditors are involved. Perhaps you could provide a bit more detail with regards to your situation and one of the forum experts can give you some more advice?

Hi clueb

Yes - but you do need to make sure that all of your creditors are included within the arrangement, so that they all get a fair distribution.
