You can have what is known as an interlocking IVA, both of you have IVA's but one of you make the payment and it covers both. I have one with my hubby as I work and he has no income, but all our debts are covered, because the payment is worked out on disposable income all household income is taken into account.

Hi Dee & welcome to the forum,

Yes you can, my husband & I are also in a interlocking IVA with joint & separate debts together, making one payment per month.

Please take a look at www.iva.com for a list of reputable IPs & IVA companies with customer reviews, pick 2-3 that you like the look of & give them all a ring for some free & impartial advise on your situation.

Best of Luck & let us know how you get on x
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X
