IVA paperwork going through, but have been 'reminded' about an old gas/electric bill from an old house which we were paying monthly. D/D was cancelled when we changed banks etc, and they have now asked for £442, which we obviously don't have. Can this be added to an IVA application at this late stage.
N.B we are not with this company any more, its just money we owe them ?
I think you will be ok, just speak to your IP about it.
