Hi Gemma
sorry about that reply pressed the wrong button.
Do you have a contact number for E,I,F as the link for contacting them on there web page doesn't seam to work, roughly how long does it take to come through the cheque was sent out on 14th december.
I would just normally sit and wait but we are just having the worst run of luck at the momment, headgasket has failed on the wifes car plus central heating back boiler is on its way out I've been told so could do with some good news.
Regards Special One

Yet another PPI variable, not only do some get £500 to keep but also the 8% statutory interest as well, the sooner there is finite legislation on this and everyone is treated the same the better me thinks.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

I am not sure that there is an IP firm who is allowing the debtor to retain £500 and the full amount of interest. If so, do let me know who they are please.

Payplan have always said it was my choice whether to complete the forms or not. Initially, I chose not to, but after reading numerous posts on here - especially Hyerdrive's, I did it in November. I'm praying for similar outcome to Hyperdrive's!![:D]

Melanie -- I don't think it was meant that there are firms allowing you to keep £500 AND the interest. More, some firms allow you £500 "incentive" and some allow you to retain the interest (not both).

That is not how the post which referred to this was worded Foggy. We need to ensure that false messages are not being put out on the forum.
