I had had an IVA since Sept 07, with my now ex-partner. We split up but are still paying between us. Can the IVA be split in two? I want responsibility for my half of it so I can pay it off quicker but dont want responsibility too for his half. What can be done?

Hello jh1 and welcome to the forum.

I'm not a expert, but I'm sure one will be along in a moment.

Hi there

If the arrangments are mutual an interlocking, there is no reason why they cannot be separated so long as both parties continue to pay their share of the contributions. Have a word with your IP to see how this can be done.
