can they ask for extra money that I do not have

My outgoings have also increased so it is not like I am living a life of luxury however I am concerned as to if at teh end of the IVA they can tehn turn round and ask for the extra money that I do not have !

So long as you make your payments to the end of your IVA and you IP does not- during that contract- ask you to pay more money I dont think you can be asked to pay more money on completion of your IVA. I could be wrong and if so an expert here will correct the advice.
