can they force a re-mortgage ?

i entered into an iva when i was single living with my parents. i got married in june last year. i moved into my wifes house 6 months before, my name is not on the mortgage, so can they force a re-mortgage using the year 4 clause when i hit year 4 in 3 months time.

Not unless this was provided for in your IVA which is doubtful as you were single and living at home when you made the arrangement with creditors.
