This may seem like a silly question, but can my husband and I do 1 IVA between us or dous it have to be individual?

Hi simondh and welcome.

Not sure whether you can do a joint one. Hubby and me have separate ones.

What are your debts and are any of them joint?

Hey Simondh, welcome to the forum. They have to be individual but you can interlock them and have one payment. You would both have to individually fit the criteria for an IVA. Post a few more details and then the technical experts can help further. X

Interlocking IVAs should only be used if completely separate arrangements would not be viable on their own.
