hi melanie, we have been in our IVA nearly 4 years in feb, one of our relies has offered some thing like 11,000 to clear our IVA, we have just gone through another variation, so they have all our figure work, they want us to pay at the end of IVA something like 20,950, as to date we have paid 10,750. can we make an offer to the creditors, because we know grant thornton also take their fee. we have a house, but still owe 185,000 and we are on interest only mortgage.

Hi, hopefully Melanie will be pop along at some point and give advice if this was intended for Melanie? It would be worth contacting your own IP for case specific advice and to discuss the potential of the full and final offer that your relative may be able to offer. All the best.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Sorry Tracy - I did not spot this coming in at the end of December. Was very lazy over the Xmas break if I am honest!

Firstly are you a client of mine - if so this would be better to disuss directly. If not, then I can give general advice, but you are always better off referring queries to your own IP - who has detailed knowledge of your case - and if that is me I will happily oblige if you can identify yourself to me via an e-mail.
