Hi
I wondered if its possible to change IVA company? And if so, do they keep the money you have already paid in or does it move over with the IVA?
thanks

Hi Laura,

Unfortunately it is nigh on impossible to change your company as it would cost far too much money to do so.

Do you have a problem with your IP?

Hi Kallis,

Kind of!!! i have tried speaking to them about F&F offer, i emailed over what we wanted to offer as my husband getting made redundant... heard nothing.... i was advised to contact Declan on here - which i did and on 24th Feb he emailed me back to say he would look into it but have never heard back.. then last week i emailed my IP directly and she has never got back to me :( I understand that they cannot say yes or no but really would like to know if what we are offering is reasonable...!!

I feel like as they have now recieved enough funds from us to cover there fees they dont care (we paid over a lump sum from a PPI claim)

Just at a loss, and stressing as with my husbands redundancy, a 2year old and a 8weeks old baby to think about our future looks very uncertain... :(
Thanks
xx

I will pass this post directly to Declan and hopefully he will pick up on it. He is usually pretty good.

He does have the 'Out of Office' message when I just sent him one so he will be back next week. He is usually very reliable.

You do have a lot going on! Declan has helped a lot of posters so I'm sure he'll get this moving for you next week. In the meantime, try to enjoy your babies and let everything else take it's course.

Nora, I am so sorry that you have had problems with your F&F. I'll email Declan directly and ask him to have a look at this directly
