can you freeze your payments on a iva

Hi and welcome to the forum, I am not an expert but just wanted to welcome you to the forum. I don't believe you can freeze payments but this is a change in circumstance so you need to speak to your I.P - I am sure an expert will be along soon, in the mean time congratulations on this happy event.

Hi
You can ask your IP to call a meeting of your creditors and suggest a payment break to cover your maternity leave,the missed payments can be tagged on the end of your IVA.If you receive maternity pay you could ask for payment reduction instead.
