im getting really desperate with paying my creditors think another month and i will have to default
as some of you know me and hubby are seperating and im waiting to get somewhere to live
the question is can you go into an IVA with the circumstances i have before i leave the house?
I may have asked this before so if i have please accept my apologies

You would really need to know what your income and expenditure will be once you move out and i think that would be a bit risky just to guess because it could just set you up to fail.
Can you ask your creditors for reduced payments for a while?

You have asked this question before and I have replied that it will be difficult for you to do this when you do not have an idea what your new expenditure will be, what benefits you may be entitled to or how much child maintainance your husband will be paying you.

If you need to do something on a temporary basis, I would suggest a DMP and I can recommend Andrew Graveson of Brightoak who does a lot of this type of work and is an expert on the forum.

well i know what tax credits and working tax credits i'l be getting also know what household bills will be like council tax etc
but i'll await to see what our melanie says
