Hi
It,s only in some cases that the supervisor holds money back for a possible bankruptcy.Pm.e really needs to contact their IP and discuss bankruptcy with them.

Just seen this. Good luck with it all pme, time will drag until the 28th! Also if you are in receipt of working tax credits and/or child tax credits then you can 'save' up to £150 off the court fees. We are in receipt of both, we took our award notice in with us and we both got £150 off.
