Been in an IVA almost 4 years, originally with Middlebrooks (who were fab). They transferred me over to the Edinburgh office of Begbies Traynor last year. I completed my annual review with them in August and a contact in October 2021 re a payment holiday request.
I have just tried to email them re a change in my circumstances and the email is returning as failed. I have tried ALL the email addresses I can find in paperwork and on their website. With NO luck as they all return as failed. The phone number is also not available...
What do I do?
How do I contact them?
Are they still in business?
Dont understand! Anyone else had issues with them?
I have spoken to several industry experts who are, so far, unaware of anything untoward happening. I have also emailed Adam myself, in case the issue lies with your email provider ( although this is a long shot and I expect a failed delivery message as well --- this would also not address the non-answered phones).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
