Can't contact my IVA company! HELP!

Hi
Been in an IVA almost 4 years, originally with Middlebrooks (who were fab). They transferred me over to the Edinburgh office of Begbies Traynor last year. I completed my annual review with them in August and a contact in October 2021 re a payment holiday request.
I have just tried to email them re a change in my circumstances and the email is returning as failed. I have tried ALL the email addresses I can find in paperwork and on their website. With NO luck as they all return as failed. The phone number is also not available...
What do I do?
How do I contact them?
Are they still in business?
Dont understand! Anyone else had issues with them?

Yes, that phone number just rings out. The email address sends back the below error. As does all email addresses I've tried from their website...

Have you tried this general Edinburgh office address: Edinburgh@btguk.com ?

I have spoken to several industry experts who are, so far, unaware of anything untoward happening. I have also emailed Adam myself, in case the issue lies with your email provider ( although this is a long shot and I expect a failed delivery message as well --- this would also not address the non-answered phones).

I reached out to Adam at Begbies and he found your query in the system. Hopefully he will contact you himself.

I used the email address in my post above, so there might be an issue with your mail provider -- worth checking/
