Yes - if I successfully complete my IVA I shall remember it as one of the most important days of my life!!!

Good Luck to shazzles for next Tuesday.

Hi Shazzles,
We're all rooting for you, make sure you look after yourself whilst you're off and I think I'd have to agree with the keep busy theory.
I was busy plumbing in my new washer when my creditors meeting was underway, as I found that too much thinking was not a good thing.
Do something special with the kids on Monday to take your mind off things.
Fingers crossed for you and keep us posted.
Kitty x

Not up to anything at all, a bit of shopping, mum coming to visit, daughter and her boyfriend also coming and staying the night and hubby working. Sunday hoping to clear the garden up a bit as it should be sunny, all a bit run of the mill but just how i like it. I have got some holiday over the next couple of weeks so will just try to do a bit of decluttering ready for a major boot sale when the weather gets a bit better. Thats it.

Hi Shazzles, I hope you're feeling a bit better. Good luck for Tuesday, and try to remember that your IP wouldn't have put the proposal forward if they weren't confident it would be accepted.

hi all i think that the wait for the creditors meeting is taking its toll, i now think that i have flu again and i cant seem to eat properly as i eat so much then i feel sick. I have taken so much time off work recently from being run down and today i am off to the doctors again to see if he can sign me off for the next two days, as i am off next week anyway from work on one weeks holiday and i know that if i dont go to work the rest of this week then i can cope with waiting for tuesday. Can anybody else relate to this, as i am feeling sooo run down and worried what work will say when i take two more days off sick..

Hi ther Katieray
Dont worry it is all a bit scary at the outset. Just open your new account ring, cancel all your debits and change themn straight over to the new account. Sounds a lot of trouble but not difficult. I cancelled mine online and then just rang them all and gave them the new bank details, Change your wages asap so that you dont have any probs with them going into your old account.
Try not to worry, it wont make anything different, look forward to the fact you are sorting it all out and you will feel better. I do remember all the what ifs and feeling low, but plod on and you will get thereand will feel so much better.

Hi Katie we have just started this process as well, it is really daunting and I have good days and bad, worrying if IVA will be accepted and various other horrors.. But people on this forum are fantastic and really put your mind at ease. I have had many a soothing word from aguise... and lots of good advice from the experts, especially Melanie who is dealing with our case.. hang in there!!![:)]
Ang.. 13 payments in.. WOW, thats over 20% paid!! http://angela18.blogs.iva.co.uk/ well here we go

if you wish for a rainbow... then you have to put up with the rain xx
