Hi Emma, and welcome. As has been alluded to above, an IVA is no easy ride, but, with the help of a good firm, is do-able and worthwhile. The key ingredient is your IP -- make sure you communicate and ask questions as and when needed.

Emma. welcome we have all been where you are today, but you are doing some thing about it. asking for help is one of the hard parts. (you have not let any one down)just ask your ip as many ?,as you like.

Thank you all for all your support. I just feel in limbo waiting - i know it's the right thing to do although I have been quite indecisive - changing my mind not believing it is the right thing. I'm with Payplan and they've been great up to now -with my indecision and random questions. Em x
Hi Emma, I'm in a very similar situ to you and im with payplan. Just in the process of sending in the step 2 info. know exactly the feelings youre going through, ive felt such a failure the last couple of months especially but but the importsnt thing is we're doing something about it. i made token payments last month and their starting to chase me now but just really wannaget this going.
