Thanks Jan and Kazza - yes please, if Jan can forward your email address to me then I'll contact you about the DLA pack.

I know exactly what you mean about working with the ME Kazza, it is hard work keeping it under control and this latest development has had a knock-on effect and cost me two days off work. I don't know about you but even if I'm not particularly worried about stuff happening, it can still affect me physically and wipe me out for days!! I've had it 7 years now, still not used to living with it completely and spend most of my time trying to stay one step ahead of it.

Thanks for all your help guys, appreciate it very much. :))

Jackie

Ok - wait for your email Jackie. I find the trouble is I stress with the pain so I am exhausted when I get home. Then I sleep in the afternoon which ruins the day. A vicious cycle!

Yep I can relate to that totally Kazza, it is a vicious cycle with this stupid condition!! Sometimes it feels like taking one tiny step forward and 3 back immediately afterwards, impossible to control it completely. :/

Sorry - just caught up with this and about to go out with the dogs - I'll do the emails when I get back.

Kazza - I've forwarded Jackie's email to you and vice versa. It's from a hotmail account so check your spam as well.
