As it stands now i am in dyer need of a newer car, as mine is starting to cost a lot of money to repair and i guessing will not last a lot longer, is there any way i can obtain car finace or a loan to see me through till the end of the IVA

There are some companies who may provide you with finance whilst you are in an IVA, but they will charge a high interest rate even if you are accepted.

Is there a family member or friend who could take the finance out for you, and you then pay them back? And how would taking any form of car finance affect your ability to meet your IVA payments?
