Lem, did you ask LV to go on monthly or did they just offer the facility with the renewal documents?

In my view there's no doubt it's getting tougher to get monthly car insurance when in an IVA. Its going to be a trade off going forward between staying with the same company and paying higher premiums from year to year or searching the market and chancing that you wont get covered.
Aviva gave us no choice at renewal time, the notice came through with one option, a lump sum payment. From looking I also wouldnt bother checking Esure or Sheila's Wheeels in future, they credit search you straight away.
