hi - we're with Duncton and viewed the car online, well we viewed a few before deciding.

The only down side was having to pay the equivalent of 3months payment upfront.

Other than that the service was great - although as I've said we used a contact of Melanie to find the best deal.
Did your quote replicate the quote given on Dunctons website.

I have talked to Aztec Vehicle solutions who use Duncton, you would think the deal they would give would be same offered by Duncton.

Hi,

Well I dealt with Duncton directly with no issues.
Had the car now for 6 months and all good so far.

My IVA company allowed me a 3 month payment break to help with the deposit.

Regards
Paul

How long did it take from sending paperwork to receiving your car.

Duncton are only 1hr's drive away so i may pay them a visit. Not sure if they have the cars on site..

Hi,

They go through the following procedure:

You have to send proof of ID (Photocopies are ok)
Proof of address
Proof of Insurance (once a car has been picked by yourself)
They will arrange for an investigator to come to your home to prove its where you live (and to see your original photo ID)

The whole process took 5-7 days

Regards
Paul

Hi - yes it was the same price, the reason we used a broker, was due to the mileage we needed. We wanted the best deal to suit our needs and happily we have it. We have the chioce to upgrade our car after a 2yr period.

No investigator came to see us - we had the forms emailed to us and had to get a witness to sign. The car was delivered at an extra charge( we could have gone and collected but it would have cost more).
