I should have finished my iva back in november, but it has been extended until july so it will be a total of 6 years and 3 months long, Im very stressed now I have had my baby since last posting, but the people we had our old car through are now saying I still owe them £600 and this needs t be paid asap the iva company are aware so we have to pay two £300 payments this and next month. If this wasnt enough our current car is on its way put so we desperately needing a new car but how are we to go around this? Im fed up!

congratulations on your little one. It will be a good thing to get this IVA out of the way really for a fresh start. I'm not sure what to suggest in respect of the car but could it maybe be make workable until the end of the IVA when you'll then have some surplus income to save for one? It is tough isn't it and I can totally appreciate why you're fed up
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
