I have received all my paperwork from DFD for my review. I have spoke to them to see if I can delay it till the end of January because my husband was on nights and was paid a premium for being on nights when our iva was set up. Now the night shift has been knocked off for the time being, he is now working shifts 6-2 and 2-10, his company have agreed to pay him nights rate till the end of December then his wage will drop to shift rate, and also he receives his pay review in January. So until he receives his first wages slips in January we are not sure by how much it will drop. So I spoke to DFD and explained all this and they agreed to leave it till mid/late January.
I was again very impressed and treated very perfessionaly when I rang, so no problem so far.
Cat1, when is your review how have DFD been with you ?

Morning.Asked for review August as electric bill had raised by £100.Heard nothing.Actual review was due November.Paperwork for review re completed.Heard nothing.Sent in wage slips that had increased earnings on them as when second review completed it was anticipated but not happened.Not heard anything.No consistant name or even department dealing with me.I have not sent in the 50% uplift from wage as started becuse I had to pay increased bill.Terrified IVA is going to fail now .Cat
Cat, have you spoken to your IP or just one of his minions? You need to try and speak to him/her if possible and explain the situation to them.

I am really sorry to hear of your problems with DFD. I will let you know how I get on at the end of January.
