Hi there and welcome to the forum

I think its possible to lease while in an iva and I know there are certain companies that Andy posted on here that were the best to try.
Hopefully someone will be along soon who can tell you the company names x
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Hi Emma - where have you been!!! Coming to Bradford this weekend??

Definately possible to lease a car, and if you stuggle to get finance I met a brilliant new company on Friday who will consider customes with the very worse credit ratings. Be happy to recommend them if you find that you get nowhere in the prime market.

Hi ... being self employed my lease car payments were allowed to continue in my IVA and I have just had a new Astra delivered via one of the companies Andy posted a few weeks ago with no problems at all ... a very efficient service from them ... is this the same company you have been speaking with Melanie?
