As mentioned earlier we are caught be the 4 year clause and are desperate to end our IVA before this, so my question is has anyone used these companies that bombard you with mail about finishing an IVA early, as we are generally sceptical of junk mail, but as we are more scared of been mortgaged to death at the end of the IVA rather than "debt free" we might have to take this route

Hi there

I would personally find yourself a mortgage broker you can meet face to face who specialises in the adverse credit market place. In my experience it is relatively simple to re-mortgage whilst in an IVA, but the interest rates will be higher so make sure you can afford to make the increased payments.
