I do not have a contact at the CCCS yet, but have arranged to meet them with Andy at the end of the month so if you want to e-mail me your queries I will raise them for you. The CCCS are a busy organisation and it would be better if Andy collated forum members queries and we dealt with them en bloc.

Good morning Melanie ,

I will do that early next week.
I feel strongly that if allowances aren't realistic at a time of strong price increases across the board , more IVA's will fail, and that , of course , help no one.
Thanks for your time.

Regards,

Bill

Bill

I completely agree with you, and I know that CCCS are currently revising their guidelines, so any input from consumers at this time I am sure will be very well received.
