I agree, the figure I was originally quoted is miles away from the figure we are proposing. The first figure was not sustainable, the proposed figure is. That's why we changed IP firm part way through the journey.

I got an IVA accepted for 2p in the £ last week - exceptional circumstances - but it does show that not all creditors are too worried about the dividend return.

with the 2p dividend, how much was the monthly payment? I imagine it was pretty mind blowing.

You should always put down what you actually spend each month, within reason, and these are the figures that any IVA should be based on.
