Apologies for posting this question on here as i know it is not about ivas.
Can someone please advice me which is the best website to find out the most up-to-date information on ccj enforcement. I have looked on the hms website and they say a ccj enforcement can only be granted if you have defaulted on an installment order. I have a creditor trying to obtain a charging order when I have not defaulted on the installments but on speaking too some debt specialist the national debt line they say that a creditor can get a charging order even if you have not defaulted.

From what I have read and understood they are unable to do this. It is worth getting a solicitor to come to the hearing or is it better to just represent yourself.
my husband has a debt with northern rock it was in his DMP and he did not miss a payment on that and they are going for a CCJ and i think they will try for a charging order as well
Well if your husband has not missed any installment then NR will not get it. He should turn up in Court and tell the Judge that he has not missed any installment payment.
