With IVA would CCJ's be incorperated into the sum, or are they a seperate issue because of the time factor..ie 6 years bad credit history...thank you

CCJs will be included in your IVA, and the payments you are making into Court will stop as the creditor concerned will receive a dividend payment alongside the other creditors.
