Another update on the Insolvency Register, post F&F.

After I spoke to my provider, who said we would stay on the register for the original duration of the agreement despite completing, Mrs H begged to differ and asked me to check further.

So I rang a number on the register website and got told that as soon as they get a CC they are obliged to keep our details on the register with a note saying "completed" on it, but after 3 months the listing is deleted. This completely being at odds with what my provider said, but I am taking it as correct advice.

Well, I searched for myself on the register a week or two after completion certificate - to see whether it was updated - and I had simply disappeared! I thought it was supposed to be on for 3 months after completion, but it was only about 2 weeks later that I had disappeared from it completely.
