We maid our last payment last month and last week received a statement from DFD showing that they had received all that was expected and standing direct debit cancelled.
Can we now expect to receive the completion certificate in a reasonable length time. [?]

Completion certificates are currently taking a number of weeks / months to come through..everyones circumstances are different and it may be that there are PPI issues outstanding that need to be looked into. Your own IP will be able to give you an indication as to timescales and expectations etc.

They should do a final review to check all has been well during the final months and to tidy up any loose ends.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

If they have correctly dealt with all PPI and Paymex issues, the completion statement ought to be with you within 2 months of the final anniversary of the IVA.

I'm not saying a word!

Hi Rockhound, the fact they have sent this out looks very positive, so good luck and hopefully you will soon be in receipt of your CC, well done and congratulations.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
