well the process could not have been any easier-

issued a F&F figure to CF in feb and got immediate response with variation date.

all calls and emails were answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently by wonderful staff.

variation meet was today and proposal accepted!

hopefully not long to wait until the cert arrives and ill keep you posted.

CF have been flawless throughout the transition from PJG, and the staff are excellent and very helpful.
F&F Accepted on 12th March 2015!
Completion Cert arrived 26th March 2015!

I spoke to the CF client team today about my annual review and I must say that they were very professional and nothing seemed to much trouble for them.
Loved Money, Hate Credit, Road to Recovery.... IVA started 3/3/14 -- IVA F&F accepted 18/5/17 :D

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

exactly 2 weeks to the day after my F&F was accepted, i walked in from work today and there was my completion cert and pack sitting on the door mat - needless to say I'm absolutely over the moon!

Absolute FULL CREDIT to credit fix, kept their promises, answered the phone and delivered very promptly on their promises.

i will write a post on the "success stories" section of the forum if anybody is interested to have a nosey at how this 6 year ordeal has gone!

Thanks to all who have supported, and i wish you all your own success stories in your IVA's

D
