A Ffree account has a money pot concept - sub accounts where you put money aside for different things.
Amazing how companies recognising that people with bad debt histories think it through and offer an answer.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Michael - based on recent events I would happily agree to authorising 23% if it were you getting me to the end of my Iva in 13 months.
My goal is to find a way to get free of CF somehow, and back to a reputable IP.

I have no issue staying with CF if they stick to the rules and play fair. At the moment they give me the impression they are out to line own pocket. Theyve made things very hard for themselves by playing some sort of game when we all had possibly the best setup ivas in the business. They didnt have to do any of this! I cant imagine Mels files were in a mess because always organised and knew everyone personally. They are being unprofessional snd greedy. All they had to do was read our files and review Mels work annually. Theyve caused themselves this grief from there attitude...raising fees without reason, unprofessional emails, threatening action which wouldnt happen, denying us contact with IP (shes not much better though by not making contact with us but thats another story). This didnt need to be this awful...imo!
