I have made a SAR (Subject Access Request), as I want to see my entire file.
Now I also had an intersting chat with a representative over there today, and he did seem to shed some light on why things are so shaky, unfortunately I'll need to review my SAR data before I can go into specifics.
For the time being does anyone have the savings thing in writing from Susan / The other chap?

Is Greg cleared to say things like that as they are a regulated firm?
Any other IP's care to weigh in?

It reads to me like he is saying having a savings account in ANY IVA is not allowed, as we all know PJG said the opposite as does Michael......

Surely if we want to speak to our IP we should be allowed too! even if that means booking a telephone appointment.
Being told no you can't speak to her/him is terrible.
F&F accepted on 29.5.15

If they told me that I'd tell them, that they made a mistake and should try again. (after confirming that the call is being recorded and their name for the record).

I didnt actually want to speak to them but good to know their stance. Always get their name for the record and note date/time of call. And as for customer services not knowing email address of IP is a load of b*******!

I can't find anywhere within our IVA terms set by pjg that we must declare savings or anything that states savings are an asset !
I get expenses monthly from work as I pay these out monthly, but I suppose that'll be classed as an income to be captured too ??
Something else I noticed in our terms is that WE have to get our property valuation at month 66 and send it in.. This is one giant mess and I think that if the IP can see we are all telling the same information that we were told, they MUST listen.
I spoke to the IVA advisory service today and they said it's definitely complaint worthy.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!
Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

I know I'm new here to the Creditfix bandwagon, and understand why you don't want to include newbies in any private messaging, so I will watch on here for any info , as my anxiety is at record levels with cf stress!

I believe the Private messenger facility is not available on the forum. However, if you would like putting in touch with one another off forum then do say and we can ask admin to do that for you by drawing the to the attention of your post
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I'm in this whole shambles of being transferred is making me so ill! Can't begin to tell you how let down and angry I feel with Mel/Susan to do this to us all - company with the same ethics HA! Yeah what a joke!

This whole thing makes no sense. Cant have any savings available from money rightfully ours, unplanned expenses need payment break but they may take weeksto contact/agree then iva drags on longer to repay.
They want to increase return to creditors by taking money rightfully ours but at same time want us to sign their t&cs which state increase fees therefore reducing what creditors return is. So it will cost us (unlike what red letter said!)
Denying clients the right to call an F&F until sign conditions despite there being a legal contract already in place from Mel.
The IP seems to be figment of imagination and not contactable. I have never seen her signature on any documents except where its been printed/copied suggesting to me shes not aware whats going out. Mel would personally sign her commincations with us and respond personally to email.
We are a big family. Our cost of living has been assessed by Mel and agreed twice now. I
am dreading CF changing our I&E as they do not feel we are entitled to what weve got and then we struggle to live due to their greediness. Everything on that sheet is on our bank statement or an agreed allowance within guidelines. Our creditors saw it all and agreed at the meeting. Cant see how CF can now say no not allowed that. As for savings if my kids dont need clothes one month i have a right to save that for August when need school uniform or a change in season or growth spurt. I am not paying it over to CF or asking them for a payment break if washing machine breaksdown.
They do not have the same morals. They are not running our ivas as they were originally intended.
Has anyone had any response following a review?

Thats exactly how I feel abbiesmum. I know alot of it is theoretical, but until someone actually has their annual review, and it all comes back fine without them trying to pick at and change our agreed i&e then I will worry. I have sent everything off to them despite sending it all off to PJG back in August last year, and despite CF saying they dont have access to it now. How can that be so? I don't believe we've had anyone actually have a review completed by them, with the official report to creditors and summary that we used to get with Mel yet?
I have also turned on my email notifications on my profile if anyone wants to contact me.
