Chris.parry@creditfixme.co.uk
They are listed on the ipa website under find an ip.
I find it hard to believe that the staff didn't know the email addresses as nearly all organisations use the same format for them.
Credit fix suck, I had a run in with them a couple of weeks ago. I asked to speak to wriglesworth and was told that they would ask if she would be prepared to speak to me. I told them that as far as I was concerned that it wasn't an option, her professional code of conduct said that she had to and a refusal was grounds for a complaint to the regulator. Two hours later i had what I wanted.
This savings account thing is utterly ridiculous, where are we supposed to save our allowances? They'll be telling us next a mattress isn't allowed as we may hide cash under it!
If there's a mass complaint being made then I'm in.

I was testing the water with customer services. I know their email addresses. Out of curiosity...on the ipa website where it states their emails did you click on them to send a message? I did the other night and it states 'not in practice'.
So have you actually spoken to Susan?

What was she like when you spoke to her sprowstonboy? The ip should most definitely always be contactable, even if it means arranging a call back time or something.

I never got to speak to her, the guy I spoke to rang me back and agreed with what I had asked two weeks earlier. The point is that, as far as I can tell, they are told not to involve the ip but on the other hand are running scared of complaints.

There is nothing like a government department trying to be transparent:
https://www.gov.uk/government/collectio ... al-conduct
All of this was published in 2014.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I have asked to speak to her, for her to contact me. Neither has happened and I was told that I could not contact her as she was very busy and has lots of meetings etc - it was as if nobody is allowed to disturb her under any circumstances.

Abbiesmum, I thought we had a right too.
Maybe that is only if you are a "23%er"

Everything Ive ever read on here and elsewhere has always said you should be able to make contact with your ip if you need to. We're only her clients after all. The people keeping her in business. I feel more like an inconvenience to be honest.

Just a thought...Greg says that creditors expect a large return as possible. Why don't we return our new t&c forms with 23% replaced by say 7%. After all Greg says.....!

Or we could write our own t&cs...no fees to allow large return....send it to CF indicating we presume consent if no reply within 15days!

Oh my…I used to love logging on here to read how other people were getting on in their IVA journey. We all have problems at some times but normally it was nice to read that people got through them with the help of their IPs namely PJG.
Im still getting over being transferred to creditfix and to read all these new problems with increase fees and savings accounts its hard. I files away my fee increase letter, that will not be responded to. I emailed to let them know about an increase in wages…Mel said any increase was ours until review will they take the same stance? I have another account that I do transfer all out allowances into and I also fund my son at Uni out of our allowances too.
Im going to carry on transfering MY money into the other account but will change the name as it appears as savings on my bank statement! I have just over £200 in there but that is to pay for car service and MOT due this month.
Im sat here on a Saturday morning thinking of all the ways I can get around all this. I thought of just using my bank account for just direct debits and my SO payment for IVA and all the remaining money transfer to my youngest sons account and use his debit card for food/petrol and the rest that was they have no right to check on my spending.
Something that has just come to mind…I pay council tax over 10 months so get FEB and March off. Mel did the I&E based on a 12 month one and last year I "saved" the 2 months money for christmas. Will CF still allow me to do this?
